All Iron RE I Socimi is part of the All Iron Group, founded by Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte after selling in 2016 the company Ticketbis to Ebay. They also have a Venture Capital investment vehicle, All Iron Ventures. At the moment, the entire Group has investments valued at nearly 200 million euros.
Challenge:
ViewPoint received a clear mandate from All Iron RE I Socimi: to coordinate and manage the communication process of their initial public offering (IPO) on BME Growth (previously called MaB). From that moment on, the two teams began to work together in order to prepare for the publication day of the Information Document of Incorporation to the Market (DIIM) and the start of trading, days later.
To this purpose, from ViewPoint we expanded all the information related to the Socimi and the Group itself, making a review of the entire history up to that moment, with the aim of gathering all the data and details to be included in a first Press Release to be distributed to the media on the same day of the publication of the DIIM in BME.
We continued with a series of one-on-one meetings with some of the main general, economic and sectorial media to reinforce the key messages to be communicated about All Iron RE I Socimi: a strategy focused on creating value in the short and long term, through investment and repositioning of properties to be used as alternative urban accommodations to traditional hotels, and with a clear commitment to technology.
Once this first step had been taken, the work focused on taking on and coordinating all the communication required by a company listed on the market.

Result:
The initial task was to help the team of All Iron RE I Socimi to communicate the IPO to the BME and, therefore, to disclose the role of the company, in addition to positioning it within the All Iron Project. The reception by the media has been very broad, as both general and economic media, as well as media focused on the real estate sector, have echoed the news. In addition, it has had transcendence in time, since news have continued to be published after the stock market debut thanks to the interest the company has awakened through the interviews and reports made by the founders of the company.
